Tamarind & Co. is at 1275 South River Road, Cranbury, NJ 08512, on the corner of Route 130 and South River Road, minutes from Exit 8A of the New Jersey Turnpike (I-95), about halfway between New York and Philadelphia, with free parking outside the door.
We open daily for lunch and dinner. Lunch runs 11:00 am to 3:00 pm every day, including the $17.99 lunch box, and dinner runs into the evening — Monday to Thursday from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm, Friday and Saturday from 4:30 pm to 10:30 pm, and Sunday from 4:30 pm to 10:00 pm. The kitchen closes with the dining room, so the last orders go in shortly before.
The restaurant is BYOB. There is no corkage games and no licensed markup: bring what you want to drink with the meal. The dining room seats walk-ins, but weekends fill, so reserving a table online is the safer route.
