Route 130 links the Windsors to Cranbury in a few minutes, and the commuter timetable at Princeton Junction decides what time our dining room fills on a Thursday.
The commuter's dinner
Trains land, cars come north, and dinner starts late — which suits us. We are at 1275 South River Road with free on-site parking, open for dinner every evening and for lunch from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm. Reserve online on the platform if you like; the table will be ready when you are.
Pickup works even better on a tired night: order on our website for 10% off, and the tandoor breads go in the bag last so they arrive warm.
What Windsor tables order
Big-flavor plates, mostly. The Mixed Platter for the table, butter chicken and rogan josh for the middle, Dal Makhni because someone always insists, and garlic naan on repeat. Our dum biryanis — chicken, goat, shrimp, vegetable — are the order for a hungry family, and the Beyond India section keeps a Thai curry within reach for anyone who wants a change of accent.

School events, temples and home parties
We cater across Mercer and Middlesex — school functions, temple events, graduation lunches, corporate meetings. Trays serve roughly 10–12, 20–25 and 30–35 guests; appetizers start at $85 a tray and entrées at $90, with biryani, rice, breads and desserts alongside. Live counters travel for larger events.
