Our Indian menu — street classics to the clay tandoor

The full Tamarind & Co. menu, priced and available to order for pickup. Dishes are grouped the way you would eat them: things to begin, small plates while you wait, food from the fire, mains and gravies, rice and biryani, breads, sides, desserts and drinks.

From the clay tandoor come chicken tikka, seekh kebabs, paneer tikka, tandoori platters and the breads — naan, roti, kulcha and paratha — pulled hot off the oven wall. The gravy section holds the dishes people come back for: butter chicken, chicken tikka masala, rogan josh, korma, saag, dal makhani and paneer in half a dozen forms. Dum biryani is sealed and baked in its own steam, served with raita and salan.

Indo-Chinese chilli chicken, Gobi 65, Hakka noodles and Sichuan fried rice, Thai pad thai and coconut curries, a dedicated fish and seafood section, and a kids' menu sit alongside them. Vegetarian, vegan and nut-allergy needs are marked and cooked to order, and every dish takes a spice level — mild, medium or hot.
