1. Who runs it
The Tamarind & Co. Monthly Lunch Draw is run by Tamarind & Co., 1275 South River Road, Cranbury, NJ 08512 ("we"). These rules were last updated on November 1, 2026.
2. Who can enter
Legal residents of the United States who are 18 or older when they enter. Our employees and the people they live with can't enter.
3. When
Each calendar month is its own draw. It opens at 12:00 am Eastern Time on the 1st and closes at 11:59 pm Eastern Time on the last day of the month. The first draw is for November 2026, and the draw runs every month after until we end it — we'll say so on this page first.
4. How to enter
Join our email list for free on www.tamarindnj.com — on the home page, on our sign-up page or when you order or book. Everyone on the list when a month closes is entered in that month's draw, however and whenever they joined, and stays entered every month until they unsubscribe.
One entry per person each month. Signing up more than once, or with more than one email address, doesn't add entries and may disqualify you.
5. The prize
Each month five winners each win a $50 Tamarind & Co. lunch voucher (approximate value $50 each; $250 in prizes a month). A voucher is good for lunch on any day of the week during our lunch hours, dining in or picking up — show it to your server or at the counter. It's valid for 60 days from the day we send it, and it can be used once. One prize per person each month.
If your lunch comes to more than $50, you pay the difference; any unused value isn't refunded and no change is given.
It can't be exchanged for cash, sold or transferred, and it can't be combined with other coupons or vouchers.
If the prize can't be provided as described, we may give one of equal or greater value.
6. How the winner is picked
Within the first seven days of the next month, we pick five winners at random from all eligible entries. The chance of winning depends on how many people are entered.
7. Telling the winner
We'll contact each winner by email — and by phone, if we have their number — within three days of the draw, and send the voucher by email. If we don't hear back within seven days, or a winner isn't eligible, we may pick another winner at random. We won't use your name or picture to announce a win without your permission.
8. Taxes
Any taxes on the prize are the winner's to pay.
9. General
By entering you agree to these rules and to our decisions, which are final.
We may cancel, pause or change the draw, or disqualify an entry, if fraud, a technical fault or anything else beyond our control affects how fair it is.
We aren't responsible for entries or messages that are lost, late or undelivered.
These rules are governed by the laws of New Jersey.
10. Your information
We use what you give us as our Privacy Policy explains — to run the draw, contact the winner and send our promotions, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.
11. Winners list and questions
