Indian catering from Tamarind & Co. in Cranbury, NJ, delivered across Central New Jersey — for weddings and receptions, poojas and griha pravesh, mehndi nights, graduations, corporate lunches and birthday parties.

Trays come in three sizes: Small for 10 to 12 guests, Medium for 20 to 25, and Large for 30 to 35. Appetizer trays start at $85 and entrée trays at $90, with naan, breads and desserts priced per piece. Every tray is built from our full menu, so the food at your address is the food we serve in the dining room, with spice levels set for your guests.

Vegetarian, chicken, goat and lamb are all catered, including biryani by the tray, paneer and vegetable gravies, dal, tandoori platters and kebabs, rice, raita and salan. Vegan and nut-allergy requirements are straightforward for us — tell us the count and we cook accordingly rather than substituting at the last minute.
