Tamarind & Co. hosts private events at 1275 South River Road in Cranbury, New Jersey — birthday parties, corporate lunches and dinners, engagement parties, graduations, poojas and family celebrations, for intimate tables through to gatherings of twenty-five and more.

Menus are built for the occasion rather than picked off a fixed list. We plan the courses with you from the full menu — tandoor platters and kebabs to begin, gravies and biryani for the table, breads through the meal, and desserts to finish — with vegetarian, vegan and nut-allergy needs handled properly and spice levels tuned to your guests rather than to ours.

The room is BYOB, which keeps the cost of hosting well below a licensed venue, and there is free parking outside. That combination is unusual on the Route 130 corridor and is why a lot of office teams and families from Monroe Township, South Brunswick, Plainsboro and the Windsors end up here.
