Corporate catering, on your clock

An office lunch has one hard requirement: it arrives before the meeting does. Everything else is menu design.

Menus that survive a conference room

Gravies, biryani, noodles and rice hold heat well and reheat gracefully; fried appetizers are best eaten in the first half hour, so we pack them separately and label them first. We keep the vegetarian selection broad because that is what a mixed office actually needs, and we mark every tray so nobody has to ask.

Heat levels are set to the room, not to a default. If half your team is new to Indian food, say so and we will build a menu that starts gently and still tastes like something.

How much to order

Trays serve roughly 10–12 (Small), 20–25 (Medium) and 30–35 (Large). For a working lunch, plan one appetizer tray, one or two entrée trays and one rice or biryani tray per 20–25 people, plus bread. Appetizer trays start at $85 and entrées at $90; naan and desserts are priced per piece so the invoice matches the head count.

Recurring lunches are easier still — we keep your last order on file and rotate the menu so the same team is not eating the same plate every fortnight. Pricing is on the catering page.

Where we deliver, and when to book

We are minutes from Turnpike Exit 8A and the Route 130 and Route 1 corridors, which covers offices in Cranbury, South Brunswick, Monroe, Plainsboro, the Windsors, Hightstown, Robbinsville and Princeton.

48 hours' notice for a large order; a small tray or a run of lunch boxes can often be done same-day. Call (732) 466-1345. Client dinner instead? Our dining room takes private corporate bookings.
