Plainsboro works late. The hospital campus and the office parks nearby send us tables at 8:30 pm who want real food, cooked properly, without a forty-minute wait.
Close enough for a weeknight
From Plainsboro, Cranbury is a short run east — 1275 South River Road, at Route 130 and South River Road, free parking at the door. Dinner service carries into the evening every day, and reservations are instant online, which helps when a shift ends later than planned.
We are BYOB, so a bottle from home is part of the plan rather than a $60 markup.
A menu that suits a mixed table
Plainsboro tables are often half vegetarian, and our menu is built for that: vegetarian and non-vegetarian options run through every section, marked clearly. Paneer dishes, Shaam Savera Kofta, Dal Makhni and bhindi do pyaza hold their own next to lamb chops and tandoori pomfret, and the Thai noodles and coconut curries give a lighter route through dinner.

Celebrations, teams and trays
Lab teams, departmental dinners and birthday tables all fit our dining room; larger groups get a customized menu so the courses land on time. If the party is at your place, our trays serve 10–12, 20–25 or 30–35 guests, and live tandoor or chaat counters can come along.
