Master of the clay oven — kebabs, tikkas and breads, fresh to order.
The tandoor is the heart of our kitchen. Guests watch for the char on a tikka and the puff of a naan straight from the oven — and they come back for it. You'll own the station and keep it firing all service.
What you'll do
Cook tandoori chicken, tikkas, kebabs, paneer and seafood to order
Make our breads — naan, garlic naan, kulcha and roti — fresh, soft and blistered
Prepare the marinades and doughs, and manage the oven's heat through service
Keep pace with the line so every table's food arrives together
Keep the station clean, stocked and ready
What we're looking for
Proven experience on a tandoor in a restaurant kitchen
Speed and consistency on a busy service
Pride in the details — the right char, the right texture, every time
A team player who works well with the line
Available evenings and weekends
